These Terms apply to Android com.totuslife.brainforge. A separate listing may exist as com.brainforge.
By downloading, installing, or using Brain Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you obtain Brain Forge through Google Play, your use of the store and Google services is also subject to Google Play Terms of Service and applicable Google policies for end users.
Brain Forge is a cognitive training app that offers brain games, puzzles, and chess. It includes:
You agree to use Brain Forge only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You will not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Internet-connected features must not be used to harass others, distribute malware, or violate Google Play developer or user policies applicable to your account.
If you allow a minor to use the app, you (parent or guardian) decide whether they may use optional internet-connected features—Chess multiplayer (room code) and Arcade training-credit sync—as described in the Privacy Policy. Those features include no in-app chat or public profiles; share room codes only with people you trust.
Child safety / CSAE. Brain Forge prohibits using the app or any connected feature to create, upload, distribute, request, facilitate, or promote content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, predatory behavior toward children, or any other endangerment of a child. Brain Forge does not provide user uploads, in-app chat, public profiles, public feeds, dating, matchmaking, or user-generated content features. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement. Reports of suspected online child exploitation may also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline (https://report.cybertip.org/) in the United States or to the appropriate child-safety authority in your region.

Brain Forge is not a medical app or substitute for healthcare, and not certified as a medical device. Scores, charts, and “brain” visualizations are for entertainment and general learning only, not clinical fact. We make no claim that the app prevents, treats, or diagnoses any condition.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Brain Forge for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the app for any illegal purpose; or use the app in any way that could harm others or the app.
You agree to use the app lawfully; not abuse Chess multiplayer (harassment, cheating, misuse of room codes); and not manipulate Arcade credits or unlocks contrary to intended use or law. We may suspend online features if we detect misuse.
Brain Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or service interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid for the app (or zero if free).
Firebase (Google) powers Chess multiplayer and optional Arcade sync as in the Privacy Policy. Google is independent and is not responsible for Brain Forge’s content beyond Google’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
The app offers a Language selector and bundled translations for the interface and training-game summaries as described in the Privacy Policy. Puzzle letters, grids, and clue/answer words may remain English-based in some locales. Unless we publish separate localized legal documents, the English Privacy Policy and these English Terms are the controlling versions for compliance and support.
We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use may mean acceptance of updates.
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may uninstall at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
